SPRING CREEK AFFORDABLE HOUSING

We were retained to provide all civil engineering services for this 60-unit affordable senior housing building on 2 acres in northeast Longmont for owner Longmont Housing Development Corporation. A 62-stall parking lot and utility services were included, along with storm water quality facility design

EPIC PIPELINE LP (2018 - 2019)

Preliminary and Construction surveys, along with regulatory compliance support for 126 miles of dual lay 20" and 30" pipelines. Project included four ALTA surveys for facility installation sites and extensive research on a discovered vacancy tract. Numerous project tasks were modified or recompleted due  to endangered species discovery.
